Requires a minimum of an associate’s degree in Applied Science or related science.
Additional duties include monitoring and maintaining EEG recordings for surgical, adult, and pediatric patients, responding to seizures, troubleshooting equipment, assisting with SPECT injections, and providing shift reports on relevant patient information.
Acting as a liaison between nurses and physicians, the EEG Technologist ensures effective communication and collaboration to support patient care.
