2. Minimum of 4 years of post MSW and/or Masters of Counseling experience.
3. Proficiency with policy review and program planning.
4. Demonstrates leadership abilities.

Role includes individual/group/family therapy. This role includes working with the youth's outside agencies including DCPP, schools, Care Management Organizations through the NJ Children's System of Care. Completing routine treatment plans for insurance authorizations. Provide safety planning and crisis management with other multi-disciplinary teams (nursing, psychiatrists/APN, Youth Techs).
