Required Education:
-Bachelor's degree in a work-related field or discipline from an accredited college or university.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
-Knowledge of instruction, learning strategies, effective public speaking, active listening, effective writing, problem solving and team building.
-Knowledge of principles and methods of instructional design, adult education, training delivery and measurement of results.
-Knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and Human Resources.
