Maintenance Technician III $30.00

Required Education:
-H.S. Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Knowledge of usage of maintenance equipment and diagnostics to facilitate trouble-shooting and repair processes.
-Ability to use maintenance equipment including hand-held power tools, to use computers for building automation and computerized maintenance management systems, and to resource with others effectively.
-Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrate management skills such as planning, coordination, estimating, and scheduling skills.
-Responsibilities will include assignments in spaces requiring safe work practices, compliance with OSHA requirements, effective communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Hospital experience.
