Other Requirements
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Shakopee, MN
• Availability Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Comfortable working in a high-volume scheduling environment
• Must be able to complete required Minnesota DHS NetStudy fingerprinting as part of pre-employment compliance
• Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
• Prior authorization experience preferred

Experience:

• Experience scheduling diagnostic imaging appointments for one or more imaging modalities
• Experience working within a healthcare scheduling, patient access, radiology, imaging, or diagnostic services environment
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests and priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
