-Communicates with the physician before start of care and as needed. -Implement the plans of care. -Provide education and instruction to team members, patients and families. -Document care and submit paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to update and maintain the patient medical records.

Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current/valid state Speech Pathologist licensure is required.
