Palliative Care Manager $75,000–$85,000

HELP-Hire is hiring for 1 full-time Direct Hire Palliative Care Manager opening in Grand Rapids. This leader will drive program startup (workflows, policies, operational design), manage the program budget and financial performance, supervise and support palliative care staff in collaboration with the Medical Director, oversee compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and accreditation standards, and support provider credentialing and payer contracting. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work required; hospice or palliative care leadership and prior program development experience preferred; EMR and Microsoft Office experience required; strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
