Surgical Services Manager

HELP-Hire is hiring for 1 full-time Direct Hire Surgical Services Manager opening in Bethel, AK. Education: graduate of a nursing program from an NLN-approved institution; BSN, MSN or a master's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred. Experience: minimum two years of operating room experience plus two years of surgical services management (surgery center or similar). License/certifications: Alaska RN license in good standing; BLS, ACLS and PALS; CNOR preferred (attain within 6 months); CSSM preferred. Knowledge of electronic health records (Cerner preferred), AORN guidelines and the Perioperative Nursing Scope and Standards is expected; experience with budgets, reimbursement, coding, claims and fiscal management is desired.
