HELP-Hire is hiring for 1 full-time Direct Hire Manager of Employee/Occupational Health opening in Colorado. Requires a current, unrestricted Colorado RN license, a bachelor's degree (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related preferred) and 3+ years of healthcare experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Preferred: experience managing an occupational medicine or employee health clinic, workers' compensation and work-related injury management, and knowledge of DOT medical examination requirements. The manager ensures clinic compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, DOT, ODAPC, CDC, CMS, NHSN and workers' compensation requirements, and develops and maintains clinic policies, procedures, protocols and workflows.
